Afterglow Health Services is an NDIS provider with headquarters in Brisbane. We provide a variety of NDIS services to participants located around the state of Queensland. The government of Australia developed the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in order to provide persons with disabilities with the opportunity to enjoy equitable opportunities in all aspects of their lives.

Afterglow Health Services' mission is to further the goals of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) by providing a variety of services to NDIS members. Our NDIS plan managers will assess your circumstances and work to get the most out of your NDIS plan so that you may make use of all the services for which you are qualified.
